PEXTO Combination Rotary
Pexto forming machines included in this section offer a broad variety of shapes and capabilities in forming sheet metal for a combination of uses: beading, crimping, setting down, double seaming, turning, burring, wiring, elbow edging, flanging, and flattening.
PEXTO Foot Shears
PEXTO’s squaring shears offer precision shearing and rugged construction at an affordable price. The shear frame, bed and cutter head assemblies are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron. The shear bed is machined and then surface ground to precision tolerances to ensure an accurate working surface.
PEXTO Hydraulic Shears
The shears offer triple-action shearing which includes relief on both edges of both the fixed and moving blades. The blade design eliminates blade-to-blade friction, provides “bite” to minimize sheet movement under shearing stress and produces double penetration in the cutting action. The shears will handle a 52″ sheet. Max. Rated Capacity – 16 gauge (mild steel)
PEXTO PS-66 Notcher
The PS-66 features a work table with edges machined squared for accurate and convenient gauge setting, reversible upper blades, 4-edge lower blades, and shatter-proof finger guard.
PEXTO Slip Rolls
Featuring precision turned and ground high carbon steel rollers, all PEXTO manual roll benders are standard with fully enclosed gear housings and all three rolls are driven. The upper roll lifts for conventional removal of the work piece.
